A. EMOTM Deadlift 2 reps @ 85% 1RM for 10 minutes
B. 10 min amrap:
5 SDHP 95/65
10 Pull Ups
15 Squats
C. 2 sets of 10 GHD sit ups / 30 Second Prone support

Posting for Wed's WOD. It felt more like 2 WODs. Went 235 for the back squats. For the interval I subbed double unders for the air dyne. C&J went 12-11-11-11, burpees went 15-15-15-15, and DUs went 18-21-21-21. I was beyond cashed at the end of the work out.
