A.  10 Minutes to find a tough 1 rep double overhand deadlift

  1. Posting for Thursday's WOD. Went 195 on the cluster, KBS went 60-40-30. Burpees went 10-11-10, pull ups 9-9-7, and I subbed DU for the air dyne and did 22-28-24
