Rest 2 minutes
B. 10 min amrap Ring Hand Stand Push Up
Rest 2 minutes
C. 10 min amrap Double unders

On another note, for those of you who want to maximize your fitness level then you need to look past training alone. Nutrition is a huge part of the mix.
