First part went 165, 170, 175, 12 then 170, 175, 180, 12 then 175, 180, 185, 12 and finally 180, 185, 190, 11. Toward the end my push press was getting sloppy. Finished the met con in 9:13. Thought I was going to blast through the pull ups, but once again slowed up on them.
ReplyDeletePosting Tuesday's workout. Went 245 on the back squats, stayed quick on the burpees on all 5 sets, and went 22-19-21-19-19 on the air dyne. Very tough work out, loving the intervals.
