Vid: After a 1RM deadlift + 60 mins of rowing...the next day I did this chipper for time:
20 Clean and jerk 225lbs
40 wallball
60 burpees
80 walking lunges
100 double unders
Sub 14 minutes is definitely doable if fresh I believe. Cheers!

Front squat 135/95
Hand Release Push Ups
rest 5 minutes
1-12 KBS Ladder 55/35
