Glad to be back in the gym! For squat I did 255/ 255/ 275/ 275/ 305, 305 was a true one rep max I barely got it up. Shoulder press was 135 throughout, I made it a goal to do 135 as a minimum, but I would not have been able to do anymore weight. Fortunately I got up all reps without using my legs once. For the wall balls I finished in 3:29. Wall balls were a lot harder than I thought. I went 30/ 30/ 30 on them. Great work out.
