Training:

A1. Clean Cluster 1.1.1.1 x 4 sets, rest 20 seconds
A2. AMSAP Hand Stand Hold x 4 sets, rest 3 minutes

+

3 sets for time of:
20 Thrusters 95/65
20 KBS 55/35
20 calories on airdyne
Rest 3 minutes

  1. Went 195 on the cleans for all 4 sets. Hand stand went in seconds 60, 48, 34 and 30. For the WOD I had an air dyne, but had to sub a kettlebell for a dumbbell. I finished in 18:05, thrusters were way harder than I expected. I took a lot of breaks, and I was still extremely winded throughout. One of the toughest work outs yet.
