21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 rep rounds for time:
Box Jumps 24"/20"
Knees to Elbows
Push Ups

  1. Posting tuesday's workout. I did single unders because I didn't have an air dyne. I did 199, 181, 200, 179, and 159 reps. For KBS the first 3 sets went unbroken, and the last 2 went 20 then 10. A lot of sweat from this work out.
