8 Front squats (Without dropping bar from thrusters)
12 Box Jumps AFAP
20 Second airdyne sprint - rest 4 minutes between sets
135 on the thrusters, very surprised I finished all 6 sets without extra rest. Also upped my box jumps to 36in. Extremely mental workout
