A. Press Cluster 1.1.1.1.1 x 4 sets rest 3 minutes

4 sets @ 97%:
10 Push Press Unbroken
10 Front Squat Unbroken
10 Thruster Unbroken
10 burpees
Use same load for PP/FS/Thrusters
rest 3 minutes between sets
