  1. 1st amprap, did burpees in place of the 5 cal airdyne and got 5 sets + 4 right hand C&J

    2nd amrap, 6 sets + 5 pu + 10 push ups

    3rd amrap, 7 sets + 10 lunges + 5 sit ups
