A. Halting Clean Deadlift 5 sets of 2 - tough but good pause. Rest 90 seconds.
B. Power Clean 2, 2, 2, 2 Rest 90 seconds. Work on throwing hips violently

15 Minute Amrap:
100m Sprint
10 wallball 20/15
20 Double Unders
