Training:
A1. 10 GHD sit ups rest 30 seconds
A2. 10 Pull ups rest 30 seconds x 5 sets
+
5 sets @ 98%:
5 Heavy TNG (Touch and Go) Deadlift
10 Burpees AFAP (As fast as possible)
20 Wallball 20/15
Rest 4 minutes

First half of the work out went better than I expected, only used assisted pull ups for the last 10 reps. Second half went even better, times were 1:45 1:40 1:55 2:00 and 1:55. Definitly could have put more weight on dead lift, only did 225lbs. Wall ball went unbroken for all sets, not easy for me. Great work out.
