A. EMOTM for 8 minutes - 3 Heavy Power Clean

15 minute AMRAP:

8 Deadlift 135lbs
10 Hand Release push ups
12 Box Jumps 24/20

  1. Power cleaned 185 for the first 3 sets then 175 for the last 5. For the 15 min I completed 9 full cycles plus 8 dead lifts, 10 push ups, and 2 box jumps.
