Weds Training

Vid: 285lb C&J...after 100lb weighted 200m repeats...went up pretty easy, think I have 295+ Fresh.

Training:

A1. Bent Over Barbell Rows 5 reps @ 12X1 x 4 sets rest 20 seconds
A2. Ring Push Ups 10 reps x 4 sets rest 2 Minutes

For time 21,15,9 Reps of:
HSPU - (Sub Strict Press @ 70% 1RM)
Strict Pull Ups - (Sub Kipping/Jumping Pull Ups)
