Congrats to everyone on big deadlift PRs yesterday!!  All ladies over 115lbs and guys over 300, with 3 getting 395!

Training:

10 Sets:
30 Second Jump Rope
30 Second FLR

With a 10 Minute Timer Do:
100 Cals Airdyne
AMRAP Box Jumps 24"/20 (jump up STEP DOWN)
