Angelo Fosco - Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer

Angelo also holds a Secondary Education Degree from ISU, so he is no stranger to teaching! Angelo is also a group leader for James Fitzgeralds the Optimum Performance Training Blog for the "will" group.

Angelo competed in the 2011 CrossFit Open where he placed 285th in the world out of 25,000+ and 28th out of the 1100 in the North Central Region of the United States. The top 60 from each region were given an invite to the 2011 North Central Regional, where the top 3 would go to the world games for a chance at $250,000. He placed 22nd out of the elite field of 60. He's looking forward to improving this year and hopefully bringing a team to that level as well!
